Patient presented with a missing top front tooth. Guided implant placement was utilized for the top front tooth. The front teeth can be the most difficult to work on because they are highly visible and have a large impact on the overall appearance of the smile.
This patient presented with a broken front tooth. Oral surgery of the front teeth is very complex due to the highly visible and aesthetic nature. Dr. Stein extracted the broken tooth, then placed an immediate dental implant and a specially designed healing abutment to allow the gums to heal in the most natural-looking way and look as if they never underwent any trauma. Once the implant is fully healed, a new custom crown is placed on the implant. The result was amazing. The patient now has a stable tooth and no one knows it’s an implant.
Patient presented with a missing lower tooth that had been previously repaired with a bridge attached to the adjacent teeth. She wanted to not have a bridge and have an implant placed. Patient underwent bone grafting to prepare the implant site, then had a special implant placed to match the appearance of the smaller front teeth.

The patient fractured their front tooth. It was extracted and an immediate implant, bone graft and temporary restoration were placed the same day, in one visit lasting approximately 1 hour.
The patient fractured her root canal treated from tooth #9. The tooth was traumatically removed and the same day an implant was placed and a temporary tooth was placed on the implant. Then after 3 months of healing, a new final restoration was placed on the implant. The result is remarkable. The patient is very happy

Patient presented with broken front tooth #8. A CT scan was taken to evaluate available bone. Broken tooth was extracted and an IMMEDIATE IMPLANT was placed. Post placement x-ray showing implant in place.
Patient presented with broken upper molar under her sinus. Tooth was extracted. It was determined from Pre-Op CT Scan that she had adequate bone to place an Immediate Implant. Then implant was placed and bone material was placed around the implant. Then the area was covered with a membrane. X-ray showing placed implant and healed implant.
Tooth #7 - was root canal treated and developed internal resorption. Pre-surgical evaluation involving CT scan showed adequate bone to extract and place immediate implant. Tooth was extracted and immediate implant was placed. X-ray at placement and 3 months later. Final restoration.
48 Year old male presented with missing tooth #14 upper left. CT scan showed adequate bone volume for internal SINUS LIFT and IMMEDIATE IMPLANT PLACEMENT. Patient underwent sinus lift and immediate implant placement. Dentist was able to make a beautiful screw retained restoration.

19 year old female with congenitally missing left canine . Pre-surgical CT scan and virtual implant planning shows inadequate bone volume for implant placement. Bone regeneration graft was performed. Post bone graft CT scan shows excellent bone volume.

PT presented with a dental implant placed by his General Dentist. The implant was loose, poorly placed and non-usable. The patient was frustrated that he spent a lot of time and money and now has to redo his treatment. 18 year old female was born without her Lateral Incisor teeth (#7 and #10). As part of this condition, she was also missing bone necessary to place dental implants in this area. She first underwent a bone grafting procedure to restore the bone that was missing . Then she had 2 dental implants placed and temporary teeth placed on the implants the same day of surgery. She was thrilled with her result.
