Patient presented with a missing top front tooth. Guided implant placement was utilized for the top front tooth. The front teeth can be the most difficult to work on because they are highly visible and have a large impact on the overall appearance of the smile.
This patient presented with a broken front tooth. Oral surgery of the front teeth is very complex due to the highly visible and aesthetic nature. Dr. Stein extracted the broken tooth, then placed an immediate dental implant and a specially designed healing abutment to allow the gums to heal in the most natural-looking way and look as if they never underwent any trauma. Once the implant is fully healed, a new custom crown is placed on the implant. The result was amazing. The patient now has a stable tooth and no one knows it’s an implant.
40 year old male with fractured upper left molar. Tooth was extracted, bone was regenerated. Then a surgical guide was made for proper implant angulation and placement. Internal sinus elevation was accomplished in order to avoid a Sinus Lift. An implant was placed and restored.
59 year old male who wore an upper full denture for over 20 years wanted to convert his situation to a non removable implant supported restoration. Using guided implant surgery and planning, nSequence, I was able to plan the precise position of his implants and place them using a surgical guide. The restorative dentist then placed his teeth attached to his newly placed implants the same day - a total makeover!!
This 46 year old male had non usable loose lower teeth that could not be saved. he did not want to wear a denture during the healing process. I planned to remove all his lower teeth and using guided implant surgery place implant and deliver permanent teeth the same day. The entire case tooth 3 hours and he left the office with a new set of non removable teeth attached to newly placed 7 dental implants. The transformation was remarkable
46 year old male has been missing his upper teeth for years and wore a denture. He had severe dental phobia . Using Advanced guided surgical technique, I was able to plan his entire surgery virtually, create a surgical guide (template) and place his implants in the most ideal positrons. Virtual planning held to shorted surgical time and thus improves technique and recovery.
Pt was missing her front teeth for many years. She did not have enough bone to place implants. I regenerated her jaw bone with a custom bone graft. Then using computer guided implant surgery , placed 2 dental implants to hold new teeth . The case was a success
Patient presents with all upper teeth in state of decay, loose, not able to make a new bridge. This case was planned with a prosthodontics colleague, to extract all upper teeth, place dental implants and immediately, same day, place temporary bridge on the implants so patient can leave with teeth same day of surgery and wear these temporary teeth for approximately 6 months until the implants are healed and final teeth can me made. The implants are placed using a computer guide made ahead of the surgery to assure implants and planned teeth are in the exact planned positions. Dr. Stein and Dr. Koslovsky are among the only oral surgeons with the skill to do this type of complex implant placement.
Patient presented with missing lower from tooth. The amount of space available to place an implant was very limited and posed a risk to injure the roots of adjacent teeth. This case was performed under guided surgery to assure perfect placement of the implant without injury to adjacent teeth.
